Wellness & SPA house rules
1. The provisions of the house rules are obligatory upon entry for our guests, who acknowledge them as binding upon themselves.
2. We kindly ask our guests to enter the SPA and wellness area exclusively in hotel bathrobes or casual clothing and with room or bath slippers with rubber soles.
3. Please respect the tranquility of other guests and refrain from making loud noises.
4. Guests may use our services at their own risk.
5. Opening hours:
Pool area: 8:00-20:00
Sauna world: 7:00-19:00
SPA reception: 9:00-19:00
During other periods, the wellness area is not accessible. The hotel management reserves the right to unilaterally change the operating hours in justified cases (such as storms, technical malfunctions, etc.)
6. Guests under the age of 16 may only access the SPA and wellness area, as well as the fitness room, under parental supervision.
7. Entry to the sauna is only permitted for our guests over 18 years of age.
8. Only children under 14 years old may be present in the children's playroom under parental supervision.
9. Our sauna area is a textile-free quiet zone, accessible only to guests over 18 years old.
10. Our SPA treatments are available only to guests over 18 years old.
11. Bathing services for children aged 0-6, as well as guests under 16 who cannot swim, may only be accessed under parental supervision in the designated indoor or outdoor children's pools, at their own risk. The use of waterproof swim diapers and swim trunks is mandatory for young children.
12. Guests with fever, infectious or skin diseases, open wounds or injuries, under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances, may not avail themselves of the services of the SPA and wellness area.
13. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Consumption of food and drinks is allowed only in the wellness bar and outdoor terraces.
14. Jumping, shouting, playing ball, using inflatable mattresses, diving goggles, or bringing toys into the pools are not permitted to prevent accidents.
15. It is PROHIBITED to bring pets into the bathing area. (An exception to this rule is made for guide dogs within the outdoor pool area).
16. Showering is mandatory before entering the pool in all cases.
17. We do not accept responsibility for valuables left in the rest areas and changing rooms. Please leave your valuables in the hotel safe.
18. First aid is provided by qualified staff in the SPA and bathing area. In the event of any accident, guests must inform any of our collegues immediately. We cannot accept subsequent claims from guests regarding unreported accidents.
19. The hotel reserves the right to prohibit the entry of individuals for misconduct. We also reserve the right to remove from the premises persons who do not comply with the above rules and warnings without a refund.
